What is the status of my order?
The status of your order will be email to you once your payment was done, and the tracking number will be send to you once the order has been shipped out.
Can I change my order?
You're only allow to cancel or change your order before it's being processed. You may contact our customer service to make the request.
Where do you ship?
We're shipping the product across Malaysia.
How long does it take to process my order?
Once we received the order and verified the payment status, the order will process to shipping stage, please take note the below
1) Order placed before 6pm, the order will process during the day.
2) Order placed after 6pm, the order will process in the next day.
*Notes: We would not process the order on Public Holiday, if you're placing order on Public Holiday, your order will process on the next day of the end of Public Holiday.
What payment methods do you accept?
Touch'n Go eWallet & Bank Transfer was accepted.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) will be used to all of our product.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
As now, we only accept Tng & Bank Transfer payment solutions. But we will add more payment gateway in the future. Stay tuned and follow our social media page for latest information update.
Do you accept returns?

How long does it take to process a return?
The process of return subject to the courier services, once we received the return item, we'll proceed to Exchange or Refund Stage.
